Delivery
SMS first, email backup. If your account has an eligible mobile number on file, the code goes out by text. Otherwise it falls back to email automatically.

Receive a 6-digit code
The system sends a short-lived code by SMS when available, or by email when it is not.

Complete sign-in
Enter the code on the next screen and continue into the portal without a password reset.
